At Inspired Tees 4U, we take pride in the quality of our custom t-shirts and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please carefully review our return and exchange policy below.

Custom Orders

• No Returns on Custom Orders: Since each t-shirt is uniquely crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

• Order Accuracy: Please double-check all order details, including sizes, colors, and custom designs, before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Defects & Errors

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, such as a t-shirt with printing errors, incorrect colors, or wrong sizes (different from what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the defective product at no additional cost to you.

• Proof of Defect: To process your claim, we may require photographic evidence of the defect or error. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a full refund.

• Shipping Costs for Defective Items: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, we may have already started the production process, and cancellations will not be possible.

• Refunds on Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

Non-Custom Orders

• Standard Products: For any non-custom items (such as ready-made t-shirts or accessories), we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on non-custom items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• How to Return or Exchange

• Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at inspiredtees4u@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

• Processing Time: Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Final Sale Items

• No Returns on Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Processing Times

• Custom Orders: Since each t-shirt is made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and produce your custom t-shirt before it is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

• Standard Products: For non-custom items, such as ready-made t-shirts or accessories, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. You will also receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Times

• Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify).

• No International Shipping at this time.

   

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50. This offer applies automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

• Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at inspiredtees4u@gmail.com, and we will assist you in locating it.

Shipping Address

• Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will notify you. Reshipping the package will incur an additional shipping fee.

• Refunds on Returned Packages: If you prefer not to have the package reshipped, we can issue a refund for the product(s) purchased, minus the original shipping cost. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY!

Damaged or Missing Items

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

• Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and promptly send out the missing item.

All of our products are typically produced and shipped from our facility within 2 – 3 business days.  So please factor in this additional time with shipping time.
